Hello all,
I spoke with John @ Cville Bike yesterday, and he's decided to return the
4-year-running trainer sessions back to no charge.
I'd like for as many of you as possible to reinforce the wiseness of his
decision by coming to the trainer session this Tuesday at 6:30 pm.
I will be there, and Eric will be leading the session. John is also renting
trainers & mats for $5/session, which is a bargain and saves the investment
in a trainer or the hassle of schlepping your gear around.
